Return Policies

Hair Extension Club is confident that you will love our hair extensions. We offer the most luxurious Human Remi Hair extensions and provide outstanding customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our hair extensions, please feel free to follow our return and exchange policies.
           
Exchange Policy
We will gladly accept all unused, unopened merchandise for an equal exchange. Please try to inspect all hair extensions BEFORE use to confirm that you have received the hair extensions you choose.
           
Return Policy
We will ONLY offer a full refund to undamaged, unused hair within 14 days of delivery. We will gladly refund the cost of your hair at no restocking fees to you.
           
• All items must be unused, unaltered, and all ties and packaging still intactt for us to consider a full refund.
• Please inspect and examine all hair for correct pattern, color, texture and length prior to using the hair.
• We do not extend any refunds/exchanges on sample hair.
           
Please notify us via a call or e-mail before returning any hair extensions. ALL unauthorized returns will be discarded.
           

Our goal, here at Hair Extension Club, is to provide the highest quality Human Remi hair extensions to our customers all over the world. We make every effort to ensure your satisfaction with beautiful, reliable hair extensions. In the rare and unfortunate event you experience any thing less that luxurious hair extensions, we will gladly replace it. You must send the defected hair back within 10 days of uses for an inspection. We will have to examine it for any damage or alterations prior to approving the replacement. We can not accept hair that has been altered in any way including colored or chemically processed. By purchasing our products all customers agree not to perform a charge back on defected products. Please follow our return/exchange policy to receive replacements and contact us by phone or email regarding all unsatisfactory transactions.
